Habitats Regulations Appraisals (HRA) Regime Informal Resolution Report Published

Environmental Standards Scotland (ESS) has reached informal resolution with NatureScot after an investigation into the appropriate assessment stage of the Habitats Regulations Appraisals (HRA) process. NatureScot will be changing its impact assessment for the proposed introduction of new species to protected areas after our investigation into the translocation of Eurasian beavers in Loch Lomond uncovered wider systemic issues.
