Our Strategic Plan
Our Strategic Plan is a statement about how we as an organisation will work to deliver our roles and responsibilities through each of our five strategic outcomes, over the lifetime of our plan.
Parliament approved our Strategic Plan in November 2022.
Developing Our Plan
In October 2021 we published an Interim Strategic Plan, setting out how we intended to carry out our role in the interim period until our final Strategic Plan was approved by the Scottish Parliament.
We laid our proposed Strategic Plan before the Scottish Parliament on 30 September 2022 for their consideration. Alongside the Strategic Plan, we also laid in the Parliament an accompanying statement setting out details of how we consulted on a draft, the feedback that we received, and how the Plan had been adjusted to take account of that feedback.
