Maintenance of Public Registers Informal Resolution Report Published

Environmental Standards Scotland (ESS) has come to an informal resolution with the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) on ensuring that they fulfil their duties with respect to maintaining public registers. The informal resolution report has been published today.
