Infrastructure Investment Plan Informal Resolution Report Published

Environmental Standards Scotland (ESS) has come to an informal resolution with the Scottish Government regarding its non-compliance with the Climate Change (Scotland) Act 2009 in terms of providing an assessment of the impact of emissions of its Infrastructure Investment Plan. The informal resolution report has been published today.
